Perhaps the happiest fans in the world this weekend were in Hong Kong. The special administrative region of China, as I guess we should formally call it, has been competing in international football for sixty years, andyesterday won its first ever title, a gold medal in the East Asian Games football tournament.
A capacity crowd of over 40,000 watched the hosts, consisting largely of amateurs from the Hong Kong league, beat Japan 4-2 on penalty kicks, after a 1-1 draw.

“Where is the coolest place to stay and see the Northern Lights? Our vote goes to Hotel Igloo Village Kakslauttanen in Finland. The Northern Lights can be seen anywhere above 60 degrees north latitude but this place is special and these pictures show…  ”
Kakslauttanen, Finland

I’d wish to urgently be uprooted to a place like this. I’m serious. It has snow, northern lights, seems rather quiet and solitary… Wouldn’t it be brilliant to always be surrounded by such enchanting surroundings? You’d have so much time to think here.
