HAHA- Amazing. I’m totally that person on the stairs (except for moments when I have a sprained ankle, which was recent!). I gave a speech once on how simple it is to improve your health by changing your normal routine - like taking STAIRS instead of an escalator or elevator. It’s easy folks! do it.
